We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was within walking distance of the Amtrak bus stop and the Ferry Building. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet, and the view from the 11th-floor was beautiful. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop deck with its great views. The location of the hotel was very safe and in a good quality area, with easy access to public transportation and restaurants.
