Prime location for exploring the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Clean and well-maintained hotel facilities. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the concierge. Convenient transportation options nearby, including Muni and BART.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in San Francisco. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and supported. They were very understanding of my personal situation and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and loving experience. The security staff was great, making me feel safe throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, allowing me to easily explore this city and even reach the airport without any hassle. Additionally, being a Hilton Honors Member, I enjoyed free WIFI throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a business center that could accommodate big events. The breakfast buffet was over the top, offering a diverse selection of delicious food. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom impressed me.

I loved the central location of this hotel, as it was right in the heart of all the action in the downtown area. Being near Union Square and the bustling shopping district on Market St made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city. Despite the occasional presence of aggressive panhandlers and eccentric individuals on the streets, I felt safe and secure during my stay. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Additionally, having a coffee shop and retail options available on-site was a great bonus, allowing me to grab a quick bite or drink whenever needed.
