I loved the hotel's convenient location near Union Square. It was so close to major shopping and the famous cable cars that can take you to Lombard Street or Fisherman's Wharf for tourism. Everything I wanted to see was right around the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, and I especially loved the upgraded room with two bathrooms and a separate living room. The location was great, close to Union Square and transportation links like Powell/Market St cable car, BART, and Muni, making it convenient to explore the city and beyond. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The check-in staff even left a card to congratulate me and my new wife on our recent marriage, which was a really nice and personal touch.

They were always quick to respond to any requests or questions, making sure I had everything I needed. The design of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was outstanding, creating a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the restaurant exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was on par with the service I have experienced at hotels in Japan. Additionally, the indoor pool being open until 10pm was a real treat, allowing me to swim after dinner.
