The location of this hotel is perfect. It is right at Union Square, making it incredibly convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, Chinatown, and various other tourist attractions, including the cable cars if one is so inclined. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with spacious and immaculately clean rooms. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with whatever you need. Transportation is a breeze, with easy access to public transportation for exploring the city and convenient options for getting to the airport.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and the parking attendant, were exceptional. The room I stayed in on the 6th floor was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to have a peaceful sleep even though the area was bustling with nightlife. I also loved the fact that there were so many good restaurants within one block, and I highly recommend trying out Johnny Foley's Irish House across the street on O'Farrell. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything being within walking distance. The rooms within the hotel itself were larger and more comfortable compared to the smaller and noisier ones at the front. despite the hotel being older, it exceeded my expectations and I was thoroughly pleased with my stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from Union Square and the start of the tram line. The rooms were clean and met all my needs. The staff was incredibly responsive, accommodating my request for a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and even surprising my wife with a bottle of wine for her birthday. The pool was great for the kids and was heated, making it enjoyable for everyone. the hotel provided a great experience at a reasonable price.
