The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our week-long visit. The rooms were spacious with beautiful ocean and pool views. The beach was stunning, with clean white sand and crystal clear aqua water. The hotel facilities, including the hot tubs, swimming pools, and beach cabanas, were well-kept and provided plenty of options for relaxation and fun. The breakfast at the beachfront restaurant was fresh and delicious, served by kind and friendly staff. We also appreciated the hotel's location, which was close to the commercial part of the hotel strip but still provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It felt like a 5-star resort experience at a 4-star price.

The staff, particularly Yuli, Itzel, and Sergio, provided excellent service throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities were top-notch. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The food, especially at the Pinia Colata restaurant and breakfast, was delicious and exceeded our expectations.

We also loved the hotel facilities and were impressed enough to become new members of the Omni Vacation Club.

The location was perfect, just a short bus ride away from the central hotel zone of Cancun. Transportation was easily accessible with a 24-hour bus service. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, both in the rooms and public areas. We also enjoyed the breakfast options provided.
