I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The oceanfront rooms were perfect with a bathtub and comfortable bed. Checking in was a breeze with no waiting time, thanks to the fast and welcoming staff. The activities team, especially Pepe, made the pool activities and nighttime shows incredibly fun. The food at the buffet was delicious, especially the authentic Mexican dishes. The day beds by the marina were a great upgrade option, and the spa was heavenly. this hotel is small and well-organized, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome and safe throughout my stay. I particularly loved the outdoor beds and lounging areas on the beach with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The entertainment by the pool was top-notch and kept me entertained. The concierge service was excellent and they provided great recommendations for activities and transportation. The lobby and rooms had a vibrant and colorful theme, which added to the overall charm of the hotel. The internet connection was fast, allowing me to stay connected. The music playing outside was also really good, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Despite not being located on the main street of the city, the hotel still offered a lovely view of the water at a very affordable rate.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The hotel facilities were great, with three pools and a water park. The cleanliness of the grounds was always maintained and the location, right on the beach, provided a refreshing breeze throughout the day. We enjoyed the easy check-in and check-out process.
