Offering direct access to the paved Las Palapas City Park, Hotel Kavia enjoys a comfortable location in the centre of Cancun. A swimming pool as well as a solarium and a hot tub are available for you at the hotel, set adjacent to the architecturally significant Cristo Rey Church.

I thoroughly enjoyed its beautiful rooms.
The beds were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. The location was fantastic, close to bus station, in the domestic area. Also, this cosy hotel was near a paved city park. Good service throughout my stay. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was acceptable, you can use it in public areas.
Clean and extremely convenient place. Central location, best staff.
It was a hip new hotel with decent staff. They made my stay real good. Early check-in was a bonus. Reasonably priced restaurant provided Mexican dishes.
