The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room, lobby, and other spaces being spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the yoga mat in the room and access to yoga classes on the in-room TV. The location was fantastic, situated near One World trade center and right next to the new world trade center. It was also close to pretty much everything you'd need, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and subway stations nearby. But the best part of our stay was the warm, friendly staff. They were incredibly helpful and kind, with Kevin especially going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
The location was perfect, just a short walk from the 9/11 Memorial and right across from the World Trade Centre. It was also very convenient for transportation, with close proximity to metro stations and easy access to uptown. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. We loved the complimentary water dispensers on each floor and the laundry machines on the 12th floor. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to assist with any questions or requests. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The view from the hotel was amazing, especially being right next to the memorial. The hotel had easy access to the subway, making it convenient to explore the city. It was also close to pretty much everything you'd need, including great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
It was all superb.
I loved the location of this hotel, as it was right next to the memorial and near everything we were interested in. It was just a short walk to the One World Trade observatory, and there were plenty of attractions nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a roof terrace that had amazing views. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they took care of any requests we had. the hotel was very clean and had great transportation options nearby.
