We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right near Times Square, literally in the heart of everything. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel was also conveniently located for sightseeing this city, making it easy for us to explore Times Square and the rest of the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was nice, and even though it was on the smaller side, we were expecting that for rooms in this city. The location couldn't be better - just seconds away from the heart of Times Square. The hotel staff, from the front desk to baggage check, were pleasant and helpful. The lobby was impressive, and we were able to check in early. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and we had no issues with street noises. we had a great experience and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, who were friendly and professional, really made us feel welcome. They went above and beyond to help us when our musical tickets were delivered to the hotel by mistake. We hadn't even noticed they were missing, but they proactively checked our tickets and ensured we received them safely. We were so impressed with their effort and kindness. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the city center, making it accessible to everything in this vibrant city. We loved how we could easily go out to explore Times Square and then come back to recharge before heading out again.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
