We loved this hotel! The facilities were fantastic, including a gym, business center, and morning coffee. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to popular attractions like the Willis Tower and the Bean. The staff was super professional and accommodating, especially Alicia, who provided excellent customer service. this hotel made our experience in the city a great one!

Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were clean overall. Location with close proximity to transportation and attractions: Perfectly surrounded by eateries and within walking distance to the Theater District, Millenial Park, and the Navy Pier. Staff: The staff was helpful and accommodating, even holding the reservation and providing additional amenities when requested. Transportation: Conveniently located right off Michigan Ave and with easy access to transportation options.
Nothing to dislike.
The location of this hotel is amazing, close to all the major attractions like Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and shopping areas. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the concierge, who went above and beyond to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location for walking to the Mile, shopping, dining. My room was spotless and the hotel had great amenities. It was conveniently located with plenty of restaurants, shops, and landmarks within walking distance. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist me. Nothing for me in the negative aspects. it was a wonderful experience.
