Staff were understanding, room was warm and fabulous. Awesome view, a bigger balcony, quiet bed, too. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. Brilliant service and a covered pool onsite. Good value considering prices in Chicago.
I had a fairly nice time, good value. Tidy place with spacious beds. I enjoyed having balcony, TV and tea, coffee. Breakfast was awesome and abundant, with a good choice of meals. Aesthetic hotel, had a really courteous service. What's mote - there was fast internet.
Good value in an adequate area. The hotel was popular, I enjoyed decent rooms and really courteous staff. The breakfast was varied, they served it at the café. Incredible view, a large balcony, good sized bed, too. The fast check-in too. Carbonated drinks, complimentary wifi were a nice surprise.
