18 minutes' walk from away from Chicago River, this upscale 4-star Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel offers an American restaurant on site. Set within a 10-minute ride from the half - mile - long Navy Pier, it is the boutique hotel to stay in the Chicago Loop district of the city.

This Chicago hotel will treat you with a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast. Featuring a spacious terrace, Raised restaurant serves dishes of American cuisine. The lobby bar welcomes guests to a modern setting and offers a selection of creative cocktails.

We loved the central location, within walking distance to everything in downtown. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The view of the river was spectacular and there were great spots to relax like the lobby lounge and rooftop bar.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making it impossible for me to get mad. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-organized areas such as the pool and cozy seating. The hotel's location just south of the river on Wacker was perfect, as it was central to everything including dining and entertainment. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, with spacious rooms equipped with comfortable furniture, a large TV, and environmentally-friendly initiatives like recycling and towel/linen changes.

The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to theaters, shopping on State St, and all the activities on Michigan Ave.

The location was perfect for exploring the city - we were within walking distance of all the famous attractions, including theaters, shops on State St, and the bustling Michigan Ave. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and we were impressed with the daily housekeeping and fresh supplies in the bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop bar on the 3rd floor which offered stunning views of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, from the moment we arrived they made us feel welcome and even provided us with a map and helpful information about the city.
