I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. They even fulfilled my request for a room with a view upon check-in. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The hotel facilities were great, including the coffee machine with Starbucks coffee and the grab-and-go breakfast that came with delicious options like a fruit and yogurt parfait and a tasty carrot muffin. The location was perfect, right by the water and next to the harbor, offering a beautiful view of the port. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with attractions like Ripleys Aquarium and the CN Tower within walking distance. The views of the lake were also stunning.
