The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the falls and even enjoyed a fireworks show from our window. The location was perfect, with easy access to the falls, Clifton Hill, and the falls railway. The staff were friendly, informative, and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept very well during our stay.

The location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking views of both falls from our room on the 10th floor. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the parking facilities were convenient, although a bit expensive at $35 per night. We appreciated the easy access to transportation options and the close proximity to restaurants for supper. the hotel provided us with a great experience.

I was initially drawn to this hotel by the stunning view it offers. Despite the hotel's non-descript exterior, I was pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking view of the falls from my 9th floor room in the main building. The hotel's location also deserves praise, as it is conveniently close to the market and the inclined railway, making it easy to access the Welcome Centre. the hotel's facilities were impressive, with a nice sitting area and clean surroundings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I had a falls view room with the most amazing view! Didn't need to visit any tourist sites as I had a great view from the room. The pool was nice, a little old fashioned but still enjoyable. The staff was helpful when I had a question.

I had the most amazing view of the falls from my 15th floor room. It was stunning and I even got to watch the fireworks without dealing with the crowds. The sunrise over the falls was a beautiful sight to wake up to. The room itself was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, right across the street from the main hub where all the buses and attractions are. The cost was very reasonable, much to the surprise of others. The staff was friendly and helpful, and as a coffee lover, I appreciated the free fresh coffee in the lobby.
