The staff were amazing, always kind and friendly. The facility itself was very nice, with clean rooms and great hotel facilities. The location was excellent, right on a lake just outside of the tourist area of town. It was also conveniently located near the main highway leading into the city. The breakfast was delicious and the views of the mountains were incredible.

The location was excellent, allowing us to easily visit Rocky Mountain National Park. The views of the mountains were incredible. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained room. The staff was polite and helpful, addressing any concerns we had. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options, such as the blue shuttle that took us back to the hotel from the visitors center. this hotel provided great value for the cost.
Everything is what I need and want.
The beautiful view from our room was breathtaking. The staff at the front desk was helpful and made check-in a breeze. The property was clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the added bonus of a fridge, coffee maker, and bathrobes. The location was easy to find and conveniently located next to the Marina. We loved spending evenings by the fire pits, enjoying the outdoor atmosphere.

The location of the hotel, right by the lake, was breathtaking. the staff, from Chef Alberto and Shane J to Bartender Janice and Dinner waiter and Bartender Milan, provided exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious, and the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning.
