The hotel had beautiful swimming pools, including a chilled pool for aqua aerobics and a party pool with a swim-up bar. The food at the restaurants, especially Blue Moon and the Italian, was outstanding with fine dining dishes and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were a host of activities and entertainment options available throughout the day.

One of the best aspects was the location, as the hotel was conveniently close to the airport. We also enjoyed spending our evenings at the various bars and lounges in the main area.

We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the various restaurants and the excellent service provided by the host, Katia Torres. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back again.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of pools and restaurants to choose from. The cleanliness of the rooms and grounds was exceptional. The location of my room on the second floor close to the spa and covered theatre was convenient. The staff, from Teresa who served us on the beach to Javier and Fatima in the Privilege lounge, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.
