We loved the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. The pool and gym facility were just down the street from the hotel, which was great. The location was also perfect, as we were close to the center of town from Broadway to Thames. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel very close to downtown. The lobby, elevators, and our room were all beautiful and immaculate. The staff, especially Sean O'Neil, was friendly and helpful. The Plank Bar and Skiff Bar were fun, and Stephanie made us a delicious chocolate raspberry martini. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and was extremely comfortable. This hotel's location is great for exploring downtown and enjoying the nearby shopping.
