Absolutely fabulous hotel with delightful view. The staff did all they can for the best stay.
Staff was amazing, rooms are pet-friendly, and I appreciated unbeatable location. Got continental breakfast with waffles and egg dishes, as example. They made my stay very pleasant. Chilled-out base for one night. Incredible service everywhere too.
The room was cosy, the bed was comfy, the staff were excellent. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Fine breakfast, amazing service. Just 15 min walk to downtown. It was next to the great smoky mountains railroad. Stunningly beautiful views and beautiful garden.
