The cleanliness was top-notch, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was peaceful. The location was fantastic, as it was close to everything in the city. the hotel facilities were excellent, offering a variety of amenities such as a gift shop and a coffee shop. The breakfast options were delicious and affordable, although we would have appreciated more variety in the dishes. The parking was convenient, and we had easy access to transportation to other casinos on the river side.
Couldn't stay longer.
We had a quiet and enjoyable stay on the 17th floor with a cute, remodeled room. The view of the River from our window was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the large TV. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to shops and the river walk. we had a fantastic time at this hotel.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially for our special needs as handicapped guests. They allowed us to park our motorcycles right by the main entrance and even took our belongings up to our room for us. The hotel restaurant offered delicious and affordable meals for both supper and breakfast. The location by the river provided a beautiful view, and the room was quiet and comfortable.
Was all great.
The Bighorn Cafe had excellent prices and delicious food. We enjoyed the shrimp Fettuccine and the breakfast options, especially the Omelet with various toppings. The cafe also had a nice selection of pastries and good, affordable coffees. The hotel's casino was recently remodeled and offered a variety of fun activities for all ages, including bowling and arcades. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was right on the Riverwalk, with easy access to the general store.
