The hotel is centrally located, close to the main center of the city, making it easy to explore the historical part of town, restaurants, and markets. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was great with perfect timings.

The location was perfect - just a block and a half away from the main plaza, yet on a quiet and mostly untraveled street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-appointed rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Nani and David. Nani went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing informative tips and arranging take-away breakfast for our early departure. David was attentive and made sure I was well during my stay when I didn't feel well. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to all the bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. The breakfast and coffee provided were also excellent.
