We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the spa which was one of the best we've ever experienced. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a nice retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location was also great, just a short drive from the city center and market. We also loved the fact that there was a free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect, making it easy to reach and offering a nice garden to relax in. The kids club and evening DJ provided excellent entertainment for our little one, thanks to Chaima and her team. The restaurant was very clean, with delicious food and friendly waitstaff. The overall hotel complex was outstanding, with beautiful grounds, a great gym, and a lush spa area offering a variety of treatments and massages. The staff, especially Simo and Sheriff, were friendly and attentive. The all-inclusive option was worth it, with a great selection of food and drink.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location , breakfast, staff. The hotel was spotless, had top-notch amenities, and was conveniently located near the city center. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
