Nothing not to love.
The hotel's location near the airport made it incredibly convenient for us as we had an early flight the next day. The 7/27 airport shuttle service provided easy transportation to and from the airport. The lobby lounge service was attentive and efficient. The staff treated us with great hospitality, acknowledging and greeting us at every encounter.

The shower experience was a downside due to a jammed nozzle.

We loved the convenience of this hotel, located right near the airport. The free shuttle service every 10 minutes made it easy for us to catch our flight. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were clean and had a modern LA vibe. Plus, the location was perfect for our business trip to Marina Del Ray, Venice, Ocean Park, and Santa Monica.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 2 nights as the airport proximity was perfect for us. Surprisingly, it was not noisy when we were inside. The hotel provided free transfer to and from the airport, making our travel convenient. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
