I really enjoyed the beautiful decor of the hotel, with some great upgrades in an older building. The staff at this hotel were amazing and so helpful, from the valets to the front desk. The room was clean and the layout was convenient. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything in the French Quarter and within walking distance to restaurants and a pharmacy. It was close enough to Bourbon Street but far enough removed from the craziness to relax.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The two king sized beds in our room were a big bonus for our family of four. Each section of the room felt like its own hotel room, with a spacious bathroom dividing the two areas. The beds were fairly comfortable, although we wished the sheets were bigger. The pillows and linens were clean and in great condition. The room service was fine, and the food, such as burgers and chicken strips, was satisfying for our hungry kids. The shower was well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. The staff, including the receptionist and bellmen, were all professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch, and the hardworking staff there really went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had no trouble getting an Uber or taxi thanks to the staff's assistance. Lastly, the hotel did an excellent job of safely storing our luggage upon check-out.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our king suite felt like having two separate rooms, each with its own TV. The location was perfect, as it was close to Bourbon Street but away from the commotion. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. We were able to enjoy the adjoining bar at the Ritz-Carlton, which had a live jazz band and a romantic setting. The staff was exceptional and the lobby area was updated and inviting, with cucumber-infused water available daily.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
