The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless common areas and rooms. The facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful modern lobby and spacious rooms. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the bustling Gran Via and close to the city center and all downtown attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The location was unbeatable, being in the heart of the city and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro. The modern design and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive, and the facilities were excellent. We were delighted with the friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered a great selection of amenities in the rooms, including a well-stocked minibar and luxurious shower products. this hotel provided a relaxing and hidden oasis in the busy city.

The beautiful decor and functional design made it fully accessible for our needs. The marble bathroom was a luxurious touch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff serving coffee were extremely friendly. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all major attractions and well-connected to the metro system. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in this city!
Don't have any issues at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations.
